Review: Great Item for My Teen - I bought this for my Son as he has many alarms. Meds, Downtime for the computer, etc. It does the job and it came in his favorite color (Blue). Would recommend. Review: Goofy set up for the alarms - I owned a Casio watch with a vibrating alarm for years and when it finally broke (buttons wouldn't work) I decided to try something else. I bought this watch with the 8 vibrating alarms. I really like the strength of the vibrations, wakes me up quick. Problem is setting the alarms is what I call goofy, makes no sense. The Casio was much simpler. I gave it two stars because the vibration is stronger than the Casio, but the Casio always woke up too. Bottom line: I can't recommend this watch.

Alarm lasts only 10 seconds
I bought this watch for only one purpose -- its vibrating alarm. I needed the alarm to wake me up without waking my spouse. To my disappointment, the alarm lasts only 10 seconds, then turns off. This is now the second vibrating watch that I bought that's done this. 10 seconds isn't enough time to wake me up. The watch offers no setting to increase the alarm time. All other devices with alarm functions that I've used always keep the alarm on until I turn it off. If I rule this feature out, what's left is just a large clunky watch. I returned it.

Good, Not Great
Conclusion: I am glad I acquired the Ticci watch, and I use it daily. Assets Visibility on the watch face is excellent, very easy to read quickly. The 8 vibration alarms are quite good. They go for about 15 seconds, which is better than my Casio vibration watches that have a 10 second duration. The watch switches easily with one button push between AM-PM time and military time. Liabilities While the 8 alarms are handy, the watch does not have an automatic hourly alarm. So if you want to be reminded of the time each hour you have to choose 8 hours that are important to you. By contrast, my Casio watches can be set to vibrate at the beginning of each hour, and then they have an additional 5 alarms. I set the time on my Ticci watch once a week, and I notice that it is running between 3 and 4 seconds slow. By contrast, my Casio vibration watches are less than 1 second off in their weekly setting.

Not durable
I have had two watches fail. The first watch failed after a cruise and the second watch failed after a trip to the beach. The watch is water resistant, but I would recommend against getting it wet at all. I have ordered a third watch and am hoping this one last more than a year. This is the only watch I can find with 8 alarms which is important to me for health reasons. If you are looking for a reliable, water resistant watch, I would try a different brand.
