3pack Watercolor Painting Coloring Books Pocket Watercolor Paint Bookmarks

I bought these along with a lap desk for my granddaughter on a 12 hour road trip. It kept her occupied for hours. She continued to paint these when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The colors are a lighter pastel color, but it was perfect for keeping her entertained and encouraging her creativity. The images are very pretty and colorful and she ended up giving a bunch of them to my daughter to use as bookmarks.

This mess-free paint set has been an absolute game changer in our house. With toddlers, I’m always bracing myself for stained clothes, colorful hands, and paint somehow ending up on the walls, but not with this! The colors show up beautifully on the special paper, yet somehow don’t transfer onto little fingers, clothes, or furniture. It gives them the full painting experience without the stress for mom. My girls were completely entertained, and I loved that I could let them create freely without hovering the entire time. It’s perfect for rainy days, quick activities, or even packing in a bag for on-the-go fun. Creative, engaging, and truly mess-free, which is rare when it comes to toddler crafts. Highly recommend for any parent who wants all the fun of painting without the cleanup.

A cute kit that is great for travel. The paper is of a nice thickness but it's not the most expensive out there. It's definitely more for hobbyists and those wanting to practice watercolor without too much of the mess. The colors are beautiful but some are not the most vibrant which again for the cost and type of kit this is, I'm still rather impressed with. All in all it's been great for small coloring on the go and nothing too art heavy.

My 8 year old is now into chapter books, and also loves art! These watercolor bookmarks were a hit! She gets the bookmarks she needs and a fun side quest! I had to walk her through folding the perforated edge back and forth a few times, so the watercolor palette side will tare off evenly, and even that was a cinch! Great project on the go. Paper is thick, putting a heavy book on them after paint dries flattens them right out. Works just as described. Size just as listed.

Nice little book. Paintbrush is inside the back cover. Paints are on the side of each page and extra paint pages on the back. You can hold it in your hand or rip the psges out and work on them whereever you like. I'm using it to get reacquainted with watercolors. I haven't painted with watercolors in about 35 years. I'm having fun. This little book has inspired me. I'll eventually take pencil to paper and create my own drawings, but this is getting me started. I did buy a set of additional watercolor paints and brushes.

Beautiful coloring books.

These would be great for kids' easter baskets -- each booklet is complete with a brush and paints, the paintbrushes are stored inside of the thick cardboard backing. I kept two and gave my sister one, and she said she loved it. Very relaxing to do a little watercolor as a creativity break. (Btw, I'm 60 and my sister is 65, so clearly these can be gifted to kids of all ages. : )

There are 3 packs of 20, so if you’re not happy, then it could be 60 reasons. It’s a fine set, just that I opened it to see it, and now I have buyers remorse. The problem is, I don’t know how to watercolor. I know I will learn if I try, but now that I’ve ventured here, it’s apparently this technique doesn’t appeal to me. Oh well, I tried. The colors and palettes provided are great, and plentiful. Either I paint too lightly and it’s faint, or I cannot control my brush, and then underlying ink is insignificant. My books marks warp slightly but that’s to be expected and, duh, would flatten out if placed in a book. So, it’s due to my incapabilities the set doesn’t work for me. I’m older, and find then sketches a bit too small for me. However, it is an excellent on-the-go set. I’d hoped to take it with on trip in a few days, which I’m sad it won’t work for me. However, on the bright side, I’m sure it will brighten some young lasses as a gift. Personal, as an elder, I find the toddler water pen books more fun. Wish they had those for adults.
