Will it upscale mp3 to sound better.** A: Which file to play depends on your computer's software. The decoder itself does not play the file. Yes, it will improve the sound quality, but there are limits to the improvement of lossy compression formats. **Q: Excuse my ignorance, before or after preamp?** A: I would suggested to use it before preamp, DAC is more like to clean up the computer signal to output to amp. **Q: How do i get this to work with amazon hd from my windows pc?** A: I dont have this dac yet. but i do have amazon music HD. you would have to enable amazon musics "exclusive mode" in the settings. windows will treat the dac as an audio device. hope it helps. let me know because I bought this dac for the same reason lol hasn't came yet. i have had other dacs in the past and im assuming this is how it works. **Q: I would be using this with my marantz receiver sr7013. can you tell me which one has the better dac? you can see the specifications on amazon.** A: Man, you are saying Marantz here. Of course Marantz is better. ## Frequently Bought Together - TOPPING D10s USB Digital to Analog Converter, XU208 ES9038Q2M HiFi USB DAC, DSD256 32Bit/384kHz, Coaxial Optical RCA Audio Converter, Mini Desktop DAC for PC/Phone (Black) - Amazon Basics Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable, Multi-Channel, for Audio System, Sound Bar, Home Theatre, Gold-Plated Connectors, 6 Foot, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/524567888-aoshida-topping-d10s-hifi-dac-usb-dac-xu208-es9038q2m-dsd256](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/524567888-aoshida-topping-d10s-hifi-dac-usb-dac-xu208-es9038q2m-dsd256) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
