Great in dash speakers
Put theses speakers in my front dash of my 1995 van and they do the job

Worked as expected
Great fit as a replacement in the rear of the 2003 G3500 Van. Sound is good for the money paid.

Defective
Backstory: Mobile mechanic day and night, so I utilize my truck all the time. Perhaps more than others. Simple jobs, I leave the truck running. Its a diesel, so I don't mind letting it idle. Regardless, I use the radio a lot more, my break-in process may happen quicker. Anyways, I broke them in properly and over a longer period of time just to be sure. I know CT Sounds has a great build quality and is typically a great product, I wanted to be sure these worked. It blew 13 days of use. Magnet overheated, smelled burned. The other one is perfectly fine, no issues with it! It just seems there was a defect or genuinely a bad product. Jumping to Memphis audio now, I'm a speaker tester. Trust Kicker!

Good for speaker replacement not for amp
Bought 2 pairs trying to replace skars 4x6s and at first glance I was disappointed the magnet is atleast half the size of the skars but the CT’s played super clean until you put any type of gain to it they start to clip like they’re Walmart speakers will most likely return and get another pair of skars
