It's great. Start with half serving and work your way up over time. This will give you the biggest caffeine rush/shakes. It will make your heart race and it will give you the workout energy you need, but be careful bc it can be overwhelming if you're not used to it. I drink a pot of coffee every morning and the caffeine doesn't effect me. A half serving of this and I feel like I just snorted a whole 8 ball of coke in one go, and feel like I could run around the world so fast it doesn't look like I moved. It gives me the shakes and sometimes it's overwhelming. Everyone's body reacts different, so just adjust to what your body needs.

Good taste. Used to use the Hydroxycut pre-workout stuff but haven't spotted it on the shelves anymore. Think MuscleTech bought them out as I noticed some of their pills nkw have MT labels. Anyway I purchased this in hopes of it having the same quality and results. So far it gives the same energy boost I was looking for to hit the gym. Don't feel the crash. It's more of a slow burner so winding down isn't so bad. It just lasts longer than I would like so I avoid using it if I hit the gym at night or use a slightly less amount so I can sleep afterwards otherwise I still feel too awake. Gets the job done but it IS pricier than the stuff I used to get which was about an $8 to $10 difference depending the flavor. It's also been a while and prices are skyrocketing on everything so makes sense. That's the only real reason this ia getting 4 stars. It's considerably pricier than some of the other brands too BUT I know it its still good quality for the performance desired.

Taste is great and yeah works as it should..

I have tried almost every pre work currently on the market. While this one is not the best it is adequate. Plus side is it has 3g creatine. The Miami Spring Break flavor is not great which is why it gets 3 stars.

Well dosed, great price, decent taste.

Been taking this for years and I get a kick every morning when I take it. It helps with my workout and I can also work as a great cup of coffee. Maybe not the exact same taste but the same effect amplified. It does have caffeine.

Muscle Tech Vapor x5 is a pre-workout. It does not have crazy amounts of caffeine. It gives me enough energy to complete my 45-minute workout with enough energy to complete all of my sets with power, and perfect form. I use 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop. I used 1 scoop one time, and did NOT get the jitters NOR feel wired throughout the workout. I like this pre-workout, and I have tried many, many pre-workouts in the past. The price is very good. I highly recommended Muscle Tech Vapor X5.
