20231028: Recd this on 22 Oct 23. Have used it almost daily since to help with a shoulder issue. Have used the same sticky things too. Those are easy enough to apply but make sure you attach the leads first like the instructions say. Otherwise you may need some help attaching those.. I'm amazed at how powerful it is for such a small and inexpensive device. And considering the price, it's pretty good quality. Also impressed with the variety of settings. I ran through them all for fun and found something I like about each. Have to take an 8 hour flight over seas so decided to attach the leads so I can use it on the plane. Enjoying a shoulder "massage" now as I wait to board. Sounds pervy but it is on my shoulder. I know the instructions say don't place the stickies closer than an inch a part. I think that is because one is positive and one is negative. The closer they are the more intense the puls e as you increase levels. The further a part the less intense. I say this because the intensity can cause a bit of pain if you're not careful definitely increase through the levels slowly. Anyway, I'm babbling so I'll close with.... I am extremely happy with this so far. I'll try to post again in a month or so to let you know if I'm still happy.

First, I need to apologize to Amazon and the seller since I returned my first unit thinking it was not working. You MUST apply the pads to your skin before attempting to set the intensity level. I was not doing this, any only attempted to place the pads on my skin without taking off the plastic. Now, my review. The controls are easy to use, but there are too many settings, 24 to be exact. A novice would not have any idea as to what works best and for what purpose. Also, to get to all of them, you need to hold down one of the buttons for a few seconds to "jump" to the next main setting. The on-screen animation is not entirely helpful. Once you select a setting and a comfort level, this unit really does work in my opinion. You are essentially getting shocked by the electrodes, but the pulsing (depending on your setting) is doing its job. I have been using a heated neck massager to treat what seems to be pain in my rotator cuff, and this device was like the icing on the cake. After using it a few times, I have picked up most of the rest of the movement in my right arm that I was not getting prior to using this. Not being a medical person, I am only guessing at the placement of the sticky pads. If you are looking to use this to treat a specific pain condition, you may want to determine the optimum placement before applying the pads. Once applied, the pads stay on. You do get the ability to apply up to three sets of pads at once! One of the connectors has two sets of probes (supporting 4 pads), and the other connectors support one set. Since there is an A and a B channel, you can run all of these at once. Not sure why anyone would want to do that however :-) As of now, I would buy this again if needed, or get it as a gift for someone who may benefit from the electrical stimulation.

I have sciatica and I ordered this out of recommendation from doctor, it definitely helped relieve my pain near my lower back, an whats best about this is it has a diagram for locations to apply pads as well ans different modes and intensity settings for each!

Incredibly awesome. Our doctor had suggested 2 years ago after an injury. Last week an episode due to hours of work and muscle strain. My husband pulled out the tens unit from box. Still Perfectly charged. At first he used stayed in bed for a day. Since then he just hooks up, sticks the pads on his back puts wires under his shirt. Tucks the small device in his shirt pocket w his cell. And wears all day. It's been around a week finally went from 3 bars to 2 bars so we charged. Fully charged in couple hours Amazing Did have to take some painkillers for 3-4 days but able to work and no doctor was needed 🙏💕. We just ordered another unit !
