Winner!
I absolutely love this portable steamer! It’s lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travel—I’ve taken it on multiple trips and it fits easily in my suitcase without taking up much space. Despite its size, it does a fantastic job removing wrinkles quickly and efficiently. What surprised me most is how often I use it at home now, too. It heats up fast, is easy to handle, and works just as well as my full-size iron. Whether I'm steaming shirts or dresses, it gets the job done with minimal effort. If you're looking for a steamer that’s travel-friendly but powerful enough for everyday use, this one’s a winner.

Very good for it's designed use.
For the bucks this is a very good travel steamer. I bought it to replace one that was slightly bigger, and definitely less effective. This is compact enough to not be an issue, and the steam output is very good for such a small device. To me there are different kinds of wrinkles; air dry, the toughest to get out, washing machine or dryer, depending on the fabric can take a little longer or they can be relatively easy, and suitcase wrinkles that just require a touch up. I would say this works very well on the 2nd type, and excellent on the 3rd type. If you have air dried fabrics like cottons or linens it would probably be a little frustrating to use.

Life saver!
I recently traveled by plane to a conference where I had to meet some important people and also give a stand-up presentation. The weather was cold and I packed some nice wool sweaters and chinos. My suitcase was stuffed and of course everything got very wrinkled. I bought this steamer and tried it out before the trip. It is compact and fits easily into the extra zipper space in my carry-on bag. It heats up immediately and makes lots of steam, and I could steam my entire outfit before the water chamber needed a refill. It probably takes longer than ironing, and probably doesn't work quite as well, but it get the job done and is WAY easier than setting up an iron. This steamer can be placed directly onto fabric for very stubborn areas, including wool, or it can be used 1-2 cm from fabric for a quick wrinkle release. I hang the garment from the shower curtain bar steam before I go to bed and it doesn't take long. I looked great in my outfits and I'll be packing this item on all my trips. I have even used it on wool blazers that got crushed from being packed in a suitcase. It takes the dents out of the shoulders and gets the wrinkles out of the back. It even worked on a windbreaker that I had stuffed into a travel pouch (very wrinkled!) The cord is not very long, but it was long enough to reach the garment in an apartment-sized bathroom. The quality is good and it seems like it will last a long time if it care is taken when using and storing it.

Effective and Convenient Travel Steamer for Crisp Clothes on the Go
I recently purchased this travel steamer for a business trip and found it to be an invaluable asset in maintaining a polished appearance throughout the conference. The steamer's compact size and portability allowed me to easily pack it in my suitcase without adding any significant bulk. Remarkably, despite its small size, the steamer effectively removed wrinkles from three suit jackets and several dress shirts that I used throughout the week. The steamer heats up quickly in just 25 seconds, making it very convenient for quick touch-ups. I also appreciated the 360-degree anti-spill design, which helped to prevent any accidental water marks on my garments. While the water tank size is relatively small, this is a fair trade-off for the steamer's portability. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the length of the power cord. An extra foot of cord length would have provided more flexibility in finding suitable outlets while steaming clothes hung up in a hotel room. Overall, this travel steamer is a well-designed and effective product that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to keep their clothes looking sharp while traveling.

Once a great steamer, now ineffective despite some design improvements
I used to love this steamer. When it was working great, it was far superior to other steamers I've tried not only due to the portability but good steam output with no "spitting" of water at no matter what angle. The key flaw in this steamer is the quality of the plastic that makes up the reservoir is poor. After 2 years of owning this steamer, the grey plastic on the connecting side of the reservoir started cracking apart at points of stress, especially the part that holds the ball valve in place. Once that part broke, it's impossible to fix. The clear plastic that makes up most of the reservoir isn't much better; it cracks over time and leaks. I've taken good care of my steamer, and the most I've done to it is place it in a suitcase with clothes. Polardo does not appear to sell replacement reservoirs. In spite of those flaws, I decided it would be worth it to buy another one – and it certainly would have been had the new steamer been identical to the old one. Well, it's superficially identical, but Polardo has made some updates to the steamer that are mostly legit improvements. The quality of the plastic for the reservoir seems better, and the design of the ball valve enclosure has been improved and made replaceable. The latest version of the steamer now has an on-off switch, whereas the earlier version did not. So what's my complaint? Somehow, whatever Polardo has changed about the actual steaming system has resulted in something that constantly belches water during the steaming process. I want my clothes steamed, not soaked! The instructions do warn of some water initially coming up during the beginning of operation, but the steamer keeps belching water no matter how long it's left on. The steamer is borderline useless because it means I can't steam clothes while traveling and have them ready quickly; I would have to allow my garments to dry before they become presentable. In case you were wondering, the reservoir for the new version of the steamer does NOT fit the old (better) version.

Works great on the road!
This Portable Travel Garment Steamer has proven to be an essential addition to my travel accessories. Its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to pack, and it's been a lifesaver for keeping my clothes wrinkle-free on the go. The 25-second heat-up time is impressively quick, allowing me to use it in a pinch. The metal steam head ensures durability and efficient steaming, while the pump system effectively removes wrinkles from various fabrics without water spitting issues. It's versatile and safe to use on any garment, making it a convenient solution for business trips or vacations. The black color adds a touch of sophistication to its design. Overall, this travel steamer has made my travel experience much more convenient, ensuring I always look sharp without the hassle of ironing.

Nice for travel
This steamer is very compact and great for travel! It doesn’t weigh a lot and is very convenient! I like the fact that I can use regular tapwater in it and not have to worry! It creates enough steam to get the wrinkles out of your clothes, and doesn’t make them wet. Would definitely recommend.

Small, portable and does a good job of getting out the wrinkles from clothing.
Good little steamer that is easy to fill and steam clothing when in a hurry. Good heat from the steam smooths out wrinkles. If you're on a budget and want something small and portable, this product does the trick!

Works great!
On first heating up the unit, it did spit, and I thought oh no, but that did not last. It works great, especially using it with the material laying on an ironing board. It is easy to use and, given its size, will be great for travel. Of course, I don’t know yet whether it will continue to operate well, but my early use supports a good recommendation.

Broke after a few uses
Worked fine, heated fast. Only downside was it would continually steam as opposed to having a trigger when set on. Now it won’t steam. Heats up and has water but nothing happens.

Best portable steamer I have ever used so far
This is much better than a more expensive one I have, double the size with more water. My other one just doesn't steam well like this one. Only drawback is it is so small you have to be careful not to burn yourself. I love the weight of this product though, it's made with quality and has a nice design where the water canister is pulled easily to the steamer body via magnets. It smoothly pops into place. Super simple and sleek design. Heavier than expected. Comes with a pouch and a brush to steam brush. Haven't tried that yet. I also like that I can use it like an iron as well.
