I wanted shorter length wand as when I raise my faux wood blinds to show off my window clings, the old wand hung way too low and marred the overall impression. The photo doesn't do justice to the quality of the wand, i.e., silver metal inserting hook and tapered capped bottom of the wand. It actually added better functionality as now the blinds close tighter at night, as well as added a nice, polished look to apartment/contractor grade blinds for a very reasonable price.

This window replacement wand is much better quality than any mini blinds I have bought at the store. The tip is made of metal so will not break easily and it has a handle so is easier to manipulate with my arthritic aging hands. Excellent purchase and I highly recommend them!

I needed a replacement wand for my vertical blinds and I came across this one with a lot of good reviews. It shipped fast and looks very sturdy and fit great on my blinds it operates them perfectly. I hope they will last longer than the cheap plastic ones that came with the blinds

These are a cheap and easy replacement if your current wand has broken. We purchased these less for the wand itself, and more for the mechanism the wand attaches to. Mechanism fit perfectly and works fantastic. I don’t care for the length of the wand- it’s extremely short compared to a standard length. The shape is annoying. The thick part of the handle is aesthetically lacking, and uncomfortable. It would be a better product if they simply tapered the wand to be wider at the bottom. My last point is that the hook for the wand is more open than it needs to be. The wand frequently falls off the mechanism while opening and closing. This is however, a great temporary fix- our blinds are old and we plan on replacing them soon; if you’re in the same boat this will do the trick, but don't plan on long term use unless you want to annoy yourself daily.

Very nice and sturdy

It worked perfect for my windows and I like it because it’s one piece. The former blind wands were glued and came apart.
