I've followed the directions, drip-dry, and the case still looks brand new, except the lettering has worn off. (but really, who cares about that)3. I had quite an impressive yoga fall square on my butt, and my lower back was sore for weeks. Sitting on this cushion in my home office was much more comfortable (and less pain) than my office chair4. There's no pilling since I've followed the wash directions.5. Put it on your chair and sit on it, simple, right? Well, if you have a back cushion, they might need to get along -- tuck where the lettering is underneath the bottom of the back cushion.
