Sturdy and useful
Fine holes so suitable for loose black tea which can be powdery. I thought the lid would be plastic and fit on top, but actually it is made of silicone and only sits on top so you need to ensure the water level is below the lid or it will float off and tea leaves will escape. Handy item and fair price.

Flavour enhancer
It is a slippery slope between casual tea consumption and full blown obsession. This device is the gateway. If you are ok accepting your fate, then buy a great infuser. If you want to stay away from great flavour then stick with bags and say no more.
