These seem a little large. The strap holding the pad is not exactly thin so when worn in shoes, the shoes feel too tight. Even when worn with very thin socks shoes feel tight and uncomfortable. When worn in the house with or without sliders, the pads seem ok, but at some point I have to put outdoor shoes on.
