I had this box for almost 4 months now and no issues what so ever. So many different tv channels also MLB,MLS,NHL,NBA,NCAAB pass and much more. For people with 1star review complaining about freezing you need fast internet to stream DUH so it’s not the box it’s your internet that’s slow.

after we learned how to navigate we love it.we have the majority of the channels,sometimes takes a bit to find shows or movies we r looking for but im sure with a little more time and practice we will find an easier way

This box works like a dream and it was very easy to set up. I can’t believe I paid for cable for so long. You can even add in all your streaming apps and have a one stop solution.Hot tip: it comes with a small keyboard and also a voice remote. However the voice remote did not work for me until I unplugged the wireless usb transmitter for the keyboard. After I removed it the voice remote worked perfectly, which comes in handy with 1200 plus possible channels.There was nothing in the slim instructions about this. The manufacturer might want to add it to their troubleshooting steps on their website.

subtitles/closed captions
I appreciate this system for all the channels that are available where 5 stars applies. My only main Disappointment is that the subtitles/closed captions are not available with the TV stations or the VD movies selections. They are ONLY available on other movie selections like (Prime, Netflix, Tubi, etc.) where you have the option to set them. For someone like me with hearing issues, subtitles/closed captions is essential for watching TV and movies. I am very disappointed with this system for that reason. VD claims it provides this, but that is not accurate. Yes, it is provided where you have the option to set it, but not with ALL channels and movies. This is the reason I give it a lower rating.
