Review: Auto faulty. Should not be selling faulty products - Big, well thought out purchase for me however auto setting is defective. Deaking told me OPI have found there is a problem with hand plate and sensor and they are trying to find a solution. I’m hugely disappointed that such an expensive product can be available when it’s defective. No idea if I’ll get a replacement when it’s sorted. Scandalous.

**Q: Is this a genuine opi lamp. why is it so much cheaper than other sellers?**
A: As far as I know it is genuine. It had all opi packaging and there was a warranty for the bulb with it.  I have used it for the first time last week and despite people’s reviews about the thumbs not curing it set perfectly with the thumbs face up. Really pleased with it. Hope this helps!
