This is an outstanding, high quality product that works wonderfully as a digestive aid, even better than pricey digestive enzymes supplements. It is way more affordable and way more effective and beneficial. The recommended dose is two pills three times daily (which totals to six per day). Understand that you don't have to take this many. If using it as a digestive aid, the best way to take it is right after your meal (like your last bite and last swallow). If you know you're going to be eating something that always upsets your stomach (like a pizza for example), take 2 right after eating it; but if you're eating something much easier on your stomach, 1 pill right after eating is all you'll need. Taking your Myrrh supplement this way will make it last much longer for you so that you're not overbuying it; plus it's still works. I found this way to be the best way to take it and it always works no matter what I eat. (You still, of course, want to eat healthily and to choose your foods wisely.) Only take six pills a day (2 right after each meal) if you have to; otherwise, 3-4 a day works just fine. I'm still learning about the many benefits of taking Myrrh. Like other Amazon reviewers have noted, it does benefit and even edifies the teeth (for me both my teeth and gums). So if you have sensitive teeth and sensitive gums, it'll help even with that. It has really helped an older loved one of mines who suffers from constant belching, bloating, and serious stomach issues. That precious senior's stomach is healing now thanks to God and this. *Update on how to take it with meals: if you're a slow eater (like me) and know that you're going to be eating a long/large meal (that you know gives you a rumbly tummy, gas, or causes you to burp a lot, etc.), then take 1 myrrh capsule during the middle of the meal (or after your first few bites) and 1 myrrh capsule towards the end of the meal (when you know there's only a couple of bites left). You can vary how to take it (however you want) to suit your own knowledge of your stomach and its needs/problems, but this way has also greatly benefited me and a much older loved one. (Also, know that it's fine to take at night, though the directions says "daily.")

I love the Quality of Natures way with this brand ! I've had other brands and it seems different. This might have a bit of an after taste because it's loose with barely no fillers eat with food and drink is a must ! Helps TAKE AWAY MANY MANY THINGS ... GOD GAVE BABY JESUS MYRRH ,Franken &!&! for reasons !! ( I can't spell today ! ) lol

It's hard to believe, cause we're all told to believe that only a dentist can make our teeth feel better, but honest to God I took this for one month & my teeth started feeling better, then I just finished off another bottle & my teeth don't even hurt when I was in pain..I've got more bottles ordered. I'm going to go to the dentist and see how many cavities I have. One lady said she used this & went back to the dentist, after a year & had no cavities. This Myrrh HEALS your teeth and gums. I love this stuff!! It's an actual MIRACLE! No wonder it's in the Bible. I've read comments of other people who said this and I just had to try it, and I'm so happy I did. Plus, it has healed my fever blister I had a few months ago, and a sore I had on my tongue. I was just starting to get the flu, when I broke out with a blister on my lip & tongue, took Myrrh capsules for my teeth & it even healed my lip & tongue. I am sold on this product. If I could find Frankincense oil cheaper here on Amazon I would buy it, but cheapest place I've found is New Directions Aromatics for my son who has colon cancer. One man cured himself of a brain cancer by putting Frankincense oil over his tumor every day. With his persistence eventually it healed him. I read that & I was amazed. I had to get it for my son. It smells so good. But if you get it on a scratch it'll burn like crazy. But it'll cool down with a cold wet washcloth or, if you had aloe vera gel that would work. What my son needs now is persistence and a miracle!

This is a great product to keep on hand, especially if you can't run to the dentist whenever you choose. A friend told me about myrrh's ability (when taken with goldenseal) to keep toothache pain at bay. It's not a pain-killer; rather, when taken with goldenseal it acts like an antibiotic. It works against or eliminates the pathogens that cause the pain of toothaches. At that time, I had to use it for a couple of years until I could find affordable dental care. I passed this info on to a co-worker who was about to go home with a toothache. No pain pills she had taken even touched her pain. She took myrrh & goldenseal (sold as a mix) at lunch and it eased the pain before she left for the day. I found that myrrh by itself didn't work as well and caused a strange jaw sensation. You have to work out the dosage for yourself. Don't wait for severe pain; try it when your tooth is just uncomfortable. I took it like an antibiotic, continuously throughout the 24 hours but not for more than 2 weeks at a time so the body's self-healing abilities don't get lazy. This effective herbal remedy arrived on time and was packed well.

I have a bad habit of buying supplements, taking them for a week then switching to something else. I can't really speak for these, but when I was taking them I didn't notice anything different in my health or performance. The quality seems good and I didn't notice any smell or taste.

I bought it bc I have oral health pain and the reviews were overwhelmingly good and talked about that so I decided to give it a shot. When I started it, I had been suffering from a severe toothache for a few weeks that I couldn’t treat and the dentist said I had no cavities. The day after I started this product my toothache vanished entirely. I took the pills as directed but a few days in my stomach contents emptied entirely. I was on the toilet all day. It was brutal. I am dealing with a number of things rn and am on a lot of meds so it’s hard to say the cause for sure but the doctor said the most likely cause is that the Myrhh Gumm Pill is a “Gumm” and too much collecting in my stomach was the cause. To be clear, my doctor said that they probably aren’t hurting me, I’m just taking too much for my body The doctor said to stop them for a few days to give my stomach a break just in case so I did and a few days without them and my toothache is back so I’m pretty shocked but it seems like these actually work so I guess now I know

Very good. I opened a few capsules and dumped them into my tooth powder for mouth health, too. Seems to be good quality, I think.

I think it works. I used it after being scheduled for colonoscopy - no polyps found in my intestines! I believe this cleaned the system well!? I really do that's why I decided to give a 5 star.

I open these capsules up they have a better effect and get absorbed quicker into your system without being broken down by the digestive system! I'll be ordering more once I run out ! Highly recommended!
