**Q: how many loaf will this make ?**
A: A 3.5kg bag will make 7 500g (medium / large) loaves. We have used a bread maker and also baked from hand kneaded dough which both work OK. We used some thinly rolled dough as a pizza base which worked well.

**Q: Can this be made in bread maker**
A: Yes, I use it in my bread maker all the time. The only thing you can’t do is put your bread maker on delayed start timer.

I use 500g and mix in my food mixer for around 8 or 9 minutes. Divide into 5 rolls and put into my large round baking tray. Leave them to double in size (around 30 minutes) and then bake for 16 minutes turning at 8 minutes. So easy to make and fantastic flavour very popular 😛.

Fantastic,,,, I have had a bread maker for many many years not the same one🤨but always a Panasonic,this has been the easiest flour mix,some times using strong white flour and yeast have given inconsistent results,very annoying.This I will try in my kenwood mixer also...sadly it contains soya,but most breads do as of now...it’s not a time waster it’s a real helper
