Great product, the taste is not very nice with water but with milk it is very nice, the product is cheap compared to shop price and delivery was fast

CNP is the best protein product. Great value and works well for supplementing with extra protein for workouts

Seriously one of the best-tasting sports shakes I've ever tasted. Granted, it's a mass-building one with the higher carb content than a plain old lean protein shake (always a head-start in terms of a better flavour), but despite that it still manages to be low added sugar and low fat.I've been taking two scoops of this with 400-500ml skimmed milk, and it blends up to a really nice, smooth and frothy shake drink. It sits on the stomach a lot less bloatily than other shakes have for me, too, a big plus with milkshake mixes.The 4.5kg pack size is fantastic, and great value - it's basically a bucket of the stuff, and at the 2-scoop dose it will last for ages. A brilliant accompaniment to any serious bulking programme.

Great huge tub, great for bulking and weight gain. Decent flavour!

Quality mass gainer. don't know why more people on amazon don't buy it or leave reviews.Lasts ages, only use one scoop a day and my gains were pretty damn good.
