i usually get the clear but got bubble bath this time and it’s super streaky compared to the clear. Is this normal?

It states this is a gel Does that require me to have a gel drying machine? Or will it dry on its own like normal non-gel polish?

No. This is just a regular nail polish with gel finish look. It’s to strengthen your nails.
