Straps are one of those things you don’t think much about until you need them to actually hold, and these have not let me down. I use them to secure a 110 Kawasaki dirt bike on a Black Widow hitch carrier and they handle it without any issue. The ratchet mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, which matters when you’re loading up with kids around and just want things done quickly and safely. The quick release works exactly as it should, no fighting with it after a long day. At 2340lb load capacity these are well over what I need, which gives me extra peace of mind hauling the bike on the highway. The straps themselves feel heavy duty and the hooks are sturdy. Everything stays put on the road, no shifting, no loosening. For anyone using a hitch carrier for motorcycles, dirt bikes, or other equipment, these are a solid and affordable choice that actually performs.

Bought this set of straps to tie down my motorcycle onto a hitch hauler to take to the beach. The ease of use to get the bike strapped down was great. The looped straps and the hooks with clips made things easy and efficient. The re-useable zip ties to tie up the extra length of straps was also helpful. Halfway through our trip the brand new hitch hauler sheered off at 70 mph and my bike went flying onto the interstate. Yes, my bike is damaged HOWEVER despite the failed hitch hauler receiver post, my bike stayed on the base so it did not go tumbling/barrel rolling and some how miraculously skidded from the lane of traffic onto the shoulder. The ONLY thing that let go on the straps was one of those zip ties from road rash. One of the straps has a few loose threads and road marks but is still completely useable. That’s it. They didn’t even loosen up. My bike was still as solidly tied down as it was before the accident. So I give these straps 5 stars because perhaps different straps would have let go and my bike would have been totaled rather than damaged. The straps are hefty and stout and their strength was certainly proven.

The "S" hooks have a decent safety clip so you can hook it in place and it stays there. If you have to toss the strap across a load, it's nice it's still hooked in place when you walk around the truck to hook the other side. It comes with LOOP straps too. Keep them handy to protect plastics on ATV's, etc. Nice and long. I have a couple sets of these. You can get different colors and custom cut them for different loads so there is not too much leftover strap.

Solidly built. Nice ratcheting action. I especially like the clips. Nice bag for storage.
