As to which the title alludes, although the intended use of these pants is for (in)continence problems, I use them for retention of skin dressings (specifically, silicon based dressings such as those produced by the Finnish pharmaceutical company, Mőlnlycke®️ [eg. Mepitel, Mepilex {XT}, Mepilex Lite, Mepilex Transfer]) for treatment of, eg. Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, EBS or (as in my case) Dystrophic EB. They do a phenomenal job of maintaining dressings in their initial positions, preventing slippage, and ‘rucking’ or creasing or other displacement of essential dressings around the upper thigh, groin, gluteus area, and lower abdomen. As the name suggests, they stretch for ease of donning and, once on the body, the elasticity acts to ‘hug’ the body and to ensure anything underneath remains in place. They are easily washable are reusable; however, for my application it is both safer (to mitigate risk of infection) and convenient to simply cut away and dispose of with soiled dressings after each dressing change. As far as I can tell, they would function perfectly adequately to retain (in)continence products too, but I have no experience using them this way so please only take my opinion in the context of the personal experience I have hereto explained: similarly with respect to my customer rating.

These were the same as those used in hospital after a c-section birth; they were superb and the quality is excellent.

The MoliCare Fixpants are comfortable, washable and effective in securely holding in place the adult incontinence pads essential after bowel surgery.

Good fit good value

These are lighter than the incontinence pants I normally wear and they're soft, supportive and comfortable. But they are not as absorbent as the incontinence pants and do not give the degree of protection I require. But my wife finds them satisfactory.

They do the job very well when new, but after a couple of washes (quick wash at 40°C) the leg holes seem to loose their elasticity and become baggy

Mutande contenitive e resistenti

Produit identique à celui fourni à l'hôpital il y a 7 ou 8 ans. Très doux, très léger et très élastique (bien plus qu'un shorty du commerce), il me sert de culotte sans couche car il n'y a pas d'élastique créant des rougeurs au niveau de l'aine comme sur les culottes classiques. Se lave bien même à 30°C et dure longtemps. Très bon qualité prix par rapport au prix d'une culotte.

Meine Mutter findet sie sehr angenehm ! Kein Einschneiden !!! Und mehrmals waschbar !!!
