NOTHING UNWANTED added… Only what you want in a capsule… this contains a capsule in a capsule so that this highly desirable probiotic actually reaches your gut. After much research (as usual) for the cleanest product at the best price, I highly recommend this product in particular for superior health benefits. I have 175 subscriptions, although I certainly cannot afford to fulfill all of them or need all of them every month. I am just suggesting getting subscriptions to take advantage of discounts while enjoying the best products without any added ingredients, stearates (lubricants which reduce your absorbency rate up to 67%!), silicon dioxide, Rice powder, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch or any other forms of sugars or sugar derivatives, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and many others which elevate your glucose levels.

Great for making Dr. Berg;'s homemade yogurt with all the beneficial properties the gut needs to work at its best.

I fermented coconut milk with it and it leaves a gray film on top, which does not look appetizing, but it did not smell bad and tasted fine. I tried it several times, same processing temp of 100 F for 36 hrs. and the same thing happened. I don't know if it's only with coconut milk, have not tried with dairy milk. I used one capsule per can of organic coconut milk (60% fat), guar gum (3/4 tsp), potato starch (1 Tbs) and inulin (2 Tbs). If anyone gets different results (no gray film), please let me know.

I bought this to make yogurt, in my new yogurt maker (Ultimate Health) and it did an excellent job. Good consistency and taste.

I purchased this product to make the Reuteri yogurt. The bacteria worked perfectly well but left a thin brown film of inulin on the bottom of the yogurt. Inulin is perfectly healthy and necessary to create the structure for the yogurt.

My sisters and I found a great recipe online to make homemade yogurt. It’s been amazing and the yogurt is delicious! It’s more healthy than commercial yogurt. If someone needs probiotics in their yogurt, they’d have to eat a lot of it every day. With our SIBO yogurt with the healthy probiotics I bought, we only need one half cup per day. Less stomach upset, less heartburn, more comfort! Best choice I ever made.

I’ve been taking for about a week now and see improvement with gut health that is clearing the skin on the top of hands. It is best to take at night when stomach is resting. Will continue to take.
