My neck is 12 inches. Will this fit me?

Not sure if it will go that small. I have a 17 neck and it fit me ok.

I do not recall. I believe I payed full price for it. There is another kind that is. Cervical neck traction device by DaviSmart. Works great and better then the one you’re asking about. I bought 3 of them and they didn’t cost me anything

Is this a HSA approve device?

I do not know. However, I am suffering from cervical herniated discs, and this did the trick. I use it in conjointion with ice patches and it works great helping to reduce nerves inflammation in the vertebrae. Definitely worth the investment.

I’m 6’4”, 280lbs, is this one size fits all? and if not, can you point me in the right direction, been suffering and no insurance
