I've been using this pan regularly for several months, and overall I'm very happy with it. The nonstick surface works great for eggs, pancakes, and everyday cooking, and cleanup is quick and easy. One thing I really like is that it heats evenly and feels solid without being too heavy. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and the size is perfect for cooking meals for one or two people. After months of use, the cooking surface is still performing well. As you can see from my photos, the outside of the pan shows normal wear and discoloration from being used on a gas stove, but the nonstick interior remains in good condition and continues to do its job. For the price, this has been a reliable pan that gets used almost every day in my kitchen. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable nonstick skillet. FINALLY! A plan worth owning that doesn’t break the bank. I’ve been trying to replace old non stick pans that I’ve had for over a decade that are too warped and non-nonstick for use. I’ve tried and returned more expensive stainless, ceramic, and nonstick options because they were sticky or very hard to clean. This pan is high quality, very thick material that should stay flat and heat evenly for years to come. Most importantly, it’s nonstick as advertised and super easy to clean. I cook eggs on it frequently with no issue and simple sponge clean up with soap and water gets off anything that is left. The no rivet design is an added plus. I highly recommend and will be buying a smaller version of this pan so I can use it more.

Every year or so I have to buy a new nonstick 10” frying pan for daily use because they wear out. I’ve owned quite a few frying pans over the years, but the Tramontina Professional Fusion 10-Inch stands out immediately. It has the feel of a pan you’d expect to find in a professional kitchen—solid, perfectly balanced, and built to last. The heavy-gauge aluminum heats quickly and evenly, so no more hot spots that burn part of the food while leaving the rest undercooked. The nonstick surface is excellent. Eggs slide right out with zero effort, and even tougher foods like seared fish release cleanly. Cleanup is a breeze—most of the time I just wipe it down with a paper towel and it looks brand new. I also appreciate that the nonstick coating is PFOA-free, which gives me peace of mind. The stainless steel handle feels secure and stays cool enough to grip, for oven cooking at higher temperatures there is a rubber handle that slides on and off. I like that it’s oven-safe which is unusual for nonstick pans and it makes finishing dishes super convenient. Overall, this pan is professional quality at a very reasonable price. It’s already replaced several of my now worn out pan, and I’m planning on buying the larger size as well. If you’re looking for a durable, reliable, and truly nonstick frying pan, this one is hard to beat.

So far, this Non Stick frying pan is doing what it "should" do and nothing is sticking! The last pan I purchased from Amazon a few months back made this claim and it wasn't so. I love this pan. It works really, really, well. It's a good size and cleans up so easily. I highly recommend this pan!

I really like this pan. Follow all the directions, wash and store with care, and only use silicone spatulas, and this will last. I have owned this for several months and it is holding up well. I can stir-fry huge amounts of food in this at once. My only complaint is that there is no handle opposite the long stem handle. This makes it difficult to lift it off the stove when it’s hot because it is heavy. My last huge fry pan had a loop handle on the other side of the frying pan…making it easier and safer to remove from the stove.

The weight is just right, the handle is not too long, and the non-stick finish is heavy duty and awesome. I'm glad it they are made in Brazil, instead of that other country. That is the main reason I chose them, because I have a 40+ year old triple bottom stainless steel set that was made in Brazil. They work on induction, imagine that, and they're still ticking, so I have a lot of confidence in the Brazil line. There is one thing, however I did do, which was take a Brillo pad and a little Bar Keepers friend to the bottom just to make sure it is very smooth and won't scratch my glass cook top stove. Like I said, these pans are a joy to cook on. You won't regret getting the Pro Version made in Brazil.

Seems to be an excellent pan and I have had these pans before except not the professional level. I believe it is worth the extra money to get the professional level one. It cooks super evenly and is the most nonstick pan I've ever had but we'll see how that holds up. But so far it's a great pan

It seem to be a good durable but it get rusty easily and not protect from scratch. I can tell my pan start to fade after 2 years . When I cook my meals; it does heat evenly. Money reasonable but not worth it in a long term

Wanted to love it. Thought other reviewers were being unreasonable when they said it scratches easily but I stand corrected. Used silicone spatula and was super gentle with it. Still scratched.

Needed a large non-stick fry pan and saw this on sale . Very pleased with the quality and size. Came missing the rubber handle so I removed a star but happy with my purchase .
