I've started using this probiotic and making my own Yogurt. It's going well.

This product has improved my gut health so much. I have celiac and ulcerative colitis and since starting this have had less pain, bloating, and gut leaking. It doesn't change overnight. My body took about a month after starting this probiotic before I noticed the improvements, although I started on half the recommended dosage initially. Definitely recommend!!

I was so excited about the product after watching th video and bought 2 bottles. However, no matter how much is sanitized and sterilized everything and even boil th milk and inulin. All 4 batches smell foul after 12 hours, which was usually I started to open the bottle to see how it was formed. All 8 bottles smelled the same each batch. It proved this bottle of L. Reuters are all dead because each time the red powder were always on the top after 12 or 36 hours. They never worked and fermented. They didn't just appeared red, they appeared as the same red powder I poured inside of the half and half or boiled milk. They are so expensive and I am very mad.

Works great, but very expensive. Ive noticed positive changes in how my skin feels within the first month. Waiting for my 4 month to see if there are visual differences. I also noticed positive change in my gut.

This stuff is good but if you ferment it in organic dairy, you will get millions if not billions more beneficial bacteria. I love the difference this has made in my sugar cravings, inflammation is way down too. My CRP went down a whole point since I’ve been fermenting this. My husband has lost about 30# and I have dropped 10. My body composition has totally changed as well! More muscle, less fat. And I have not changed anything else in my diet. I am thrilled with these results!

I actually ordered this because it would get here faster than my regular order would. While on a trip I realized that when I returned home I'd run out before my next order. I've taken this probiotic for a year and a half.It includes several things I used to take separately. I also used to make Reuteri yogurt. But this is simpler and still cost effective. This microbe is one we should have all had. Unfortunately most of us have lost it due to taking antibiotics. I won't ever go without it. I get too many wonderful benefits.
