Best item for beginners It really helps to strengthen your forearms. But you have two handle with care because it is plastic material.

Great tool for forearm strength.
Great tool for supination/ pronation strengthning of forearm. Would recommend pink variant with less resistance . Blue is with harder resistance. Neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation.
