Blackstone® Hamburger Griddle Spatula - Stainless Steel

My brother-in-law told me to get this spatula when I got my Blackstone. He said he'd tried others and the Blackstone ones are the greatest quality and most versatile. I totally agree. I've used this for pancakes, smash burgers, fried rice, General Tso's chicken, flatbreads, zucchini and summer squash, barbecue chicken thighs, and other grilled veggies. The strong edge is good for chopping through meat when paired with a grill scraper, and the shorter handle lets you have leverage to do so. The wide head helps for both grilling and scraping; when using parchment paper, it's wide enough to smash burgers all on its own. It's a sturdy material and feels comfortable in the hand. Though I have a couple longer, thinner spatulas too, this is my go-to for all around flattop work.

I wanted a solid spatula for smash burgers. Not only will this get anything stuck to the griddle because of its stiffness and thickness you can smash the burgers with it. I looked at several off brands and even Amazon Choice and the comments had common denominators, not great quality and to much flex. Blackstone is exactly what I wanted, it’s heavy , thick stainless steel, not thin with lots of flex. In the product description it said it’s a new design so some previous reviews may not be valid. Don’t waste your money on the knockoffs at sub $10 prices. You will not be disappointed This should be Amazon’s Choice,

I love this spatula! It has made cooking on my griddle so much easier. Flipping eggs, burgers, fish, or pancakes has become a dream. Due to the width, I use it for fried rice, tostatas, grilled cheese, or grilled shrimp. I love the extra width!

Like the wideness of the spatula and the thin sharp edge, makes flipping the burgers easy, pretty solid handle and the steel is easy to clean.

Solid, great for smashburgers, manly burger flipper

This spatula is super industrial and well worth the money. But it is comically large as I read in the reviews. I have used it a few times and its OK, its really too wide and heavy. Small hands may struggle with how heavy and awkward it is. BUT, if you're looking for the Godzilla of spatulas, here it is. Its a beast.

Good size

Great dual purpose spatula for smash burgers. Sturdy enough for the smashing, and it has a decent bevel for lifting the patty and scraping the pan.

I like the quality of this spatula a lot. It is also way bigger than I expected even after carefully checking the dimensions. I actually use it as a pizza peel sometimes. It's great for smash burgers too.
