Great product for coverage- It lasts until you wash your hair. So it's basically waterproof if you get a little water on it- till you use shampoo. I got a darker one which was more accurate for my dark brown hair (not their fault i got a too-light color). If I'd lightened my hair as planned (with hair color) this shade wouldn't been perfect, so I recommend the darkest brown for dark brown hair of course.

Thank goodness I bought this! It saved me many times while in between hair appointments. It comes with a brush and a sponge, but I actually like to use my finger. I just rub it on the color and then on my gray. It stays nice. I have brownish-blonde hair and this color looks good. Besides coloring my gray, I use it to break up my dark root area after my highlights have grown out. It’s not too light or anything. It’s very subtle, but enough to solve your problem and offer a temporary fix while you are waiting for your next hair appointment.

Very good ‘concealer’. Color matches and easy to apply. I wish the applicator was a brush versus a sponge (the tiny brush that is included is way too small). A bigger brush (like a blush brush) would be perfect. I use my own brushes to help apply but the sponge works in certain areas. Overall happy with product, highly recommend!

I purchased this VOLLUCK Root Touch Up Hair Shadow Powder - Cover Your Root Concealer, Bald Spots, Eyebrows - Red-Brown, 0.35 Ounce.I had hopes this would be a good match for my red hair, which is difficult to do.I think the color of this red-brown has too harsh if a red color. I'm not getting much of the brown tones I don't feel.It does stay on for a long time, and applying with the included puff is easy. Water resistance is OK, but I found it can be wiped off by rubbing.Overall, if it was a better color match I would definitely purchase again. I'm not removing review stars from my rating because of the color-I'm difficult to match.So I think the quality and usefulness make this a fair value.

I recently purchased the VOLLUCK Root Touch Up Hair Powder Root Cover Up Hairline Shadow Powder but it was a trial and error process to get the right color. I have red/auburn hair and ordered the Red shade first. When I opened the jar to try it out, it was definitely red, more of a magenta which did not match my hair color (looked like a sunburn when I applied it). I was ready to just return the product and look for something else; however, one of the features I liked about Volluck's product was the fine powder and ease of use. Since the powder is so fine, I decided to try and see if I could mix it with another shade to get it closer to my hair color. I ordered 2 more jars (auburn and brown). I was able to match my hair color using the combination of Red and Auburn (returned the Brown shade). I will note that I did not use the enclosed applicator brush but instead used a cotton ball to lightly dust both shades on my hair. Worked like a charm and I am happy to hide the unsightly gray roots between hair appointments.I do recommend Volluck Root Touch Up Hair Powder Root Cover Up Hairline Shadow Powder but you may have to play with one or more shades to get the color that is right for you. I purchased it less than 2 weeks as of this writing and will update in the future if needed.

Helps me stretch time between my root coloring appointments. Provides great coverage that lasts until I wash my hair. My hairdresser couldn’t believe how great this looked and how it blended seamlessly into my hair. So subtle that no one can tell I use it. So great that I have ordered it multiple times!!

I was worried when I ordered this that due to its low price it would be a substandard product; however, I was quite happy to find out that I was wrong. The color is perfect and it lasts well over 24 hours. It looks natural and doesn't have a lot of fall down.

Works well, but it makes my scalp itchy by the end of the day. Maybe not best for someone with sensitive skin and stress psoriasis like me. BUT! Works great when I need a little confidence boost when going to an event/function.
