10Gb in my UniFi gear.......
Only time will tell, but so far these are working great. Routing 10Gb in my UniFi switches no problem.Switched from black 10GTek cables of same size (which i paid more for a few years ago) because I wanted white. These are nicer cables...slightly more flexible and pull tab doesn't just look like a scraggly piece of plastic. Packed well, inexpensive and more than worth it.My Gear: UDM Pro, Enterprise 24 PoE, 16-XG, Dell R740xd with SFP+ cardBe nice if the barcodes weren't put near the ends though.

Works Best With Knotted Fiber & Copper
Love love love these transcievers! Whether my ethernet wakes up and identifies as glass or copper I'm covered! It is VERY IMPORTANT that you're running the trans enabled Cisco IOS for these to work. Previous versions weren't tolerant of these transcievers and would refuse to recognize them even as their deadmodel name. So if you're looking for an extremely tolerant transciever that you can install on the left side of your switch... Search no more. You've found it right here!

Did not work on my UDM Pro
I bought this to connect the SFP+ port on my UDM Pro to the Unifi Aggregate Switch I purchased. I spent a good hour trying to get this to work, tried researching problems on the internet, etc. I ordered an actual Ubiquiti SFP+ cable. Plugged it in, my UDM Pro was able to see/adopt the agg switch in 5 minutes. The vendor should not advertise compatibility with Ubiquiti if it does not work. I got a refund, but really was annoyed at the time lost trying to get this one to work.
