Just check after receiving I got a damaged mug but I noticed a week but it's working fine good quality after use keep it dry

Overall quality is good. Heating is quick. Used once and I have liked this. I have reduced 1 star because of the poorest wire quality

Product build is below average, but steam output is good. Sometime hot water spills, so be careful while operating with children. Switch quality is very poor.

Defective product
Delivery was prompt. Since it was meant to be a christmas gift on 25th. I immediately wrapped it wirhout testing it. By the time christmas came and it was tested, the recipient found that it was defective even after switching it on for more than 20 hours. I was unable to return it as delivery boys had gone on holidays. I'm very disappointed. I would be very grateful if you could refund the money.

Within a month of use there was spark on light compartment and the bulb got fused while inhaling steam. Again today in second month of use there was a spark even though I had removed the bulb. The steam is okay but the repeated episodes of short circuit and spark is scary.
