Works well I used it to make glue for rolling papers I googled how to make gummed rolling papers and Google said Gum Arabic is what I need and this brand had good reviews. No taste or discoloration

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered this acacia gum powder but was initially only planning on adding it to my smoothies and bone broth drinks to thicken them up a bit and help me feel full for a longer period of time. I decided to do a deep dive on the benefits (as well as side effects) since I was going to be putting it into my body. Article after article mentioned its use in cosmetics, hair care, moisturizers, etc. I like the idea of the trace minerals in acacia being put both into my body and onto it. As someone with sensitive skin who strives to stay away from chemicals and synthetics as much as possible, I decided to experiment with different ways to use the powder. I've discovered that putting a generous pinch in my hand and rubbing it with water until it's clear and smooth makes the most wonderful hair gel I've ever used. I've used mousse and hair spray for a very, very long time to give body to my baby fine hair. Well, this chemical-free wonder just replaced both of those products for me and gives my hair thickness and volume that I've never experienced before. I also put a tiny pinch in my hand, again dilute it with some water and rub until it's clear then put it on my face, neck and arms. Admittedly it can dry looking a little flaky but then I just gently rub water over my face and neck and work it in until the white flakes are gone or I'll use some hydrating oil if I'm short on time. I might be using too much powder so I'm still experimenting with this. I've done it before I've gone to bed and even if I've used too much of the acacia powder my face looks amazing in the morning and feels wonderfully hydrated. I've never used product before so I can't say this is better or than worse than any other brand but I'm very happy with my purchase.

i needed more gum arabic powder to mix my watercolor paint with. it worked flawlessly. i also used it with mica powders and a drop of clove oil to preserve them. then poured that into half pans for my palettes. i only use distilled water to mix my gum arabic. i also keep it in the refridgerator to prevent spoilage. im sure its great for using in food, i just didnt need it for that.

The powder is easy to use and mixes well. The package is convenient and it works great for recipes that call for gum arabic.

This works wonderfully for making safe glue to roll cigars with, and at half the cost of 'official' options, while also including more powder than other 'official' options. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a safe substance to make glue with.

Recently started using Gum Arabic to help with constipation/digestion issues. I've used two other brands and mixed with water without issues. Gum Arabic is not flavorless, so I usually add a little bit of a flavored hydration packet for taste. I like adding it to my water instead of coffee because it does gel a little bit once the coffee cools off. I purchased this brand as I read somewhere that the color of powdered gum arabic should be this color and one of the two brands I had ordered before had a color closer to white. However, the powder was more finely ground and mixed well in everything If you're looking for something that mixes well in cool liquids (like water or juice) this is not it. However, that said, this is a quality product and I do recommend.
