Does this help with the hair loss?

Yes. My dog goes through periods of times where allergies will cause his coat to get patchy. Adding this to his water and giving him an allergy dog treat fixes it right up.

Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

No. Says keep in a cool dark place below 85F or refrigerate. I keep in fridge

How long does a bottle last?

Directions from site at Amazon: Dosing one to three times per day: Pets under 10 pounds= 1/2 dropper (0.5 ml) Pets 10-35 lbs= 1 dropper (1.0 ml) Pets 36+ lbs= 2 droppers (or 2.0 ml). At highest dose 1X a day (2 droppers) lasts about 30 days, maybe. This is our 1st bottle so can't be sure yet.
