Probably the best base you can get. FYI, it is very very heavy. We put on a moving dolly to move it around. It is a very nice and stable pedastal. **Q: How tall is this pedastal? How much weight can it hold? i need two for a marble kitchen table that measures 6' x 3".** A: The pedestal is 33 1/4". Guess it could hold maybe 200 lbs., only have a flower arrangement on it. **Q: Plastic or stone?** A: Plastic. Looks ok from a distance but plastic. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful pilars *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 January 2024* I bought this Roman pilars for Church altar decoration and it’s just so beautiful.Very good quality, it came into a well packaged box with instructions how to care for it.Beautiful colour and well worth the money. Very pleased with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the money *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 December 2019* Yes, it is true that under some lighting conditions the columns do not look quite like solid stone but at £230 maybe you are asking a bit much at that price. I am delighted at my purchase (two of them) to hold large pots full of ferns. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 January 2017* Highly delighted looks stunning, went to buy another 24 hrs later and gone up £16.??? ## Frequently Bought Together - Design Toscano KY60748 Athena Corinthian Garden Plinth Base Statuary Pedestal, Medium, Antique Stone Finish - Design Toscano NG314100 Statuary Garden Base Riser, Large, Classic Plinth - Design Toscano Musical Muse Wall Sculpture, Single --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/52342631-design-toscano-ky60748-athena-corinthian-furniture-pedestal-column-plant-stand](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/52342631-design-toscano-ky60748-athena-corinthian-furniture-pedestal-column-plant-stand) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
