So far so good. Provides a good amount of privacy. One roll covers almost 10 feet of a 5 foot tall fence. (The fence posts are 10 foot apart.) Easy to install but tedious. The hole punch helps a lot, but the ‘snaps’ are kind of hit and miss, several didn’t snap and had to be tossed out. I look forward to finishing the rest of the fence. I hope this will provide enough privacy for both my family and the neighbors can enjoy our yards at the same time-without it being awkward… also hope it reduces how much barking their dog does. “Good fences make good neighbors”

Easy to install. Kit includes everything to make your fence more private. Very durable.

I installed about 200 yards of this about a year and a half ago, and I noticed a bunch of gaps recently, which I just assumed were strands coming loose. Upon closer inspection, the vinyl has dried out and started tearing in the wind! I spent several hundred dollars on this, not to mention the countless hours to install it, only for it to crap out under two years. This will work fine as a temporary fix, but your long-term solutions need to come from elsewhere.

I have a long fence line that I use want privacy on. I bought 2 rolls of this to try it out to see how I liked it. Pros- easy to install. I opted to use another product (fence clips) to secure in place vs what came in the box. It does provide some privacy. Cons- material is more thin than other products and very shiny in the sun- not matte. I was going for a deeper chocolate color to match the more expensive fencing with the slats already installed in them but this is not that dark of brown- partially bc they are thin. Second the sun definitely does reflect off of it. (See pics) my entire fence gets morning sun which would cause a large amount of reflection therefore this product will not work. I’ll have to send back the other rolls I ordered, but for what it is intended for it does do its job which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Order more than you think you’ll need if math isn’t your forte. I ordered one roll and it got me less than one third of the way. Math isn’t my strong suit so I ordered two more rolls and it was just right. The hole punching and the weaving of the lattice strips takes time but honestly I found it rather therapeutic and calming. The results are much better than the old, crusty and broken ones that came with the house. Quite pleased. And my fence is about 40 feet long if that helps you have a visual of what you need. The ends were the trickiest part but I just took my time.

Personally, I would have preferred clips for securing the ends vs. the provided rivet tool and plastic rivets, but the rivets do the job. It is just difficult to get the rivet tool between the chain link wire and the tape, so I suggest taking advantage of the slack when attaching the first end of the tape, rotate the tape around to provide more access for the rivet tool, then you will only struggle a bit at the other end. The value did not impress, i.e. seemed pricey for plastic material and parts.

I recently installed these privacy slats on my chain link fence, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. They made a huge difference in blocking visibility from the street, giving me more privacy in my front yard. The material feels durable and they were pretty easy to put in—just took some patience and time. They also look super clean and tidy once installed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easy and affordable way to add some privacy to your fence!

This is easy to install, good quality and looks great! Does an excellent job at adding privacy while looking good. Doesn't look cheap and is a great price, will order more when brown is back in stock. Highly recommend for anyone needing to add privacy for their chainlink fence.
