I am 52 and people regularly comment on how beautiful my skin is. This was not the case when I was younger and only started to happen after using Paula's Choice products from age 46. I am so glad I found this product line. Wrinkles are minimized, and my skin glows and looks radiantly younger. Blemishes are no longer an issue and old scars are clearer and almost gone. The Retinol has made another significant difference in the healing of old scars from large pores and acne. I no longer worry about blemishes as soon as they begin I treat them with a strong BHA product and they are gone by morning. The Retinol can be strong so I take a break for a day or two until skin feels better than start again. My skin is building up and feels less and less sensitive to the Retinol. I love this product and won't be without it. It's expensive for me but it does last a good long time.

I am 32 and male. Since puberty I have oily skin, large pores and acne (bad acne mainly between 15 - 22). Now, with 32 my skin is still very oily, it has lots of sebum that is clogging and enlarging pores and making my skin very uneven, ruining the overall texture and still giving me big and small pimples from time to time. I tried AHA and BHA, but the results were sobering. But now I have the best visible results ever: combining AHA/BHA with this Retinol Product completly changed and rebuild my skin, the change is very visible and drastic! The before/after pic shows the difference of AHA/BHA only (left) vs 4 weeks of adding Retinol to the routine (right). I mostly use AHA or BHA in the morning and 1% Retinol in the evening. In the beginning I had some little peeling effect and my skin also became very sensitive (using sunscreen or washing my skin gave a burning sensation that felt like a sunburn). I still get these side effects now if I use the products too intense... I take a break of 2 -3 days from AHA/BHA and Retinol in that case. But boy after that 3 days my skin is unbelievable... the very best skin since I hit puberty! Even people that know me ask what is going on because I look so refreshed. My skin now is even, soft, hydrated and has smaller, contracted pores. The retinol also somehow toned it a bit and I look super healthy now (a real glow effect). Magical stuff on my skin at least. I am now recommending this to friends and family.
