2 days of taking and it worked. Still have to check couple more times but am satisfied with results. I tend to eat alot of meat, sweets and spicy foods. Was drinking pineapple cran juice but was not consistent.

I added this into my regular supplement routine for a period of time to see if I would notice any change. I take a variety of vitamins and rotate different products in and out, so I gave this a fair try. As far as energy level, I did not notice any increase or difference. It did not make me feel better or worse. It simply felt neutral. Regarding the other claims people often buy this for, my wife did not notice any meaningful change. I am not saying it does not work for anyone, but in our experience, it did not make a noticeable difference. Because of that, I have not repurchased it. It was easy to take and did not cause any side effects, but the results just were not there for me. If you are considering it, I would say manage expectations. It may work differently for others, but it did not move the needle for us.
