Works great for my snappers 110 gallon stock tank, turtles are definitely more messy than most other aquatics and it handles him just fine, he’s knocked the nozzle off a couple times but the suction is great and it hasn’t budged since I placed it and he’s a big boy so Ill take that as a win! It was a little too tall so I took one section off and it was perfect, super easy to customize to fit, He loves the bubbles and it’s not overly noisy. Definitely recommend!

The filter works super good, I bought some other different filters for my turtles and none of them helped me to keep the water clear, I add new water last week and it’s still clear, i also clean the filter every two or three days and everything looks nice

So I have now had one of these pumps for over a year in my 175 Gallon freshwater Koi/Goldfish tank. After a full year of use I can say that this pump is great value for the money. It is loud as the reviews say, but quite quieter if you do not use the air nozzle portion. I actually just ordered a second one to help accommodate my tank a little bit better as it’s pretty stocked. It looks sleek in the tank, it’s easy to clean, and filter media is easily findable either online or at your local pet store. Again I’ve had my first one for over a year with no issues in a heavily stocked tank. Durability wise, it’s great. I think people that are having issues with the pump locking up are not separating the base to clean the inlet to the actual pump itself which gets pretty dirty after prolonged use even with quality filter media. Just make sure to clean it really well and it should last just fine.

When we first started using this filter it was great. Water was clean and kept it clear for up to 7 days. Well lately after cleaning it within 2 days the filter stops working . Take it out to clean it and works again right away until a few hours later it stops again. Repeat the process clean it and it works. But it's not clogged after a few hours---there is only a turtle in the tank and he's still a young one. Had the same issue with another filter which was sent back and replaced with this one. Now out almost $50 and cannot return :(

I got it for my 75 my fish love it they swim in the current an stays closed to pump some times when I put food in it's like the food come alive an my fish love chasing food around the tank. My giraffe cats just laid at the he bottom all the time now the swim like they in a river . Even come up to glass when I walk up they got use to me now an ate happy camper s . I have a air filter at the other end so they have bubbles an water flow going from one end an all the back so they love it. I do to tank quite an clear an easy to clean filter.

When I first got it, it was amazing the filter worked and made the water crystal clear but after a couple days it started to slow down, now it just doesn’t work much and makes a loud humming sound. I cleaned it out, put everything back exactly how it was but it still doesn’t work well.

Excellent filter but unless you want to strip the flesh from your fish you’ve got to divert the water away from the wildlife. So powerful it cleans the water well and fast but also causes the fish and turtle to be in a constant state of swimming up stream. I rectified that by changing direction the outlet faced. Still a very good filter!

Was so easy to use, just plug and play, extremely quite, easy to pull apart and reaseble to clean, highly effective and the fish love to play in the out flow which in return puts ox back into the water without having mass sounds of running water into the tank, no worries of water discharge on the floor, extremely easy to cleans. The whole family is impressed, and loving the peace and quiet. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for making such an awesome product and making it available for other to indulge in.
