Great kit
Good set and selection for the price. Iโm using this scalpel for mycology and it cuts real nice.

Great for my technical crafting, easy to load securely.
Seems like people are confused and think the handles should have a slit in them and so they give a low review. These are NOT like xacto knives. Match the rear slant of the blade to the recess in the handle, thread the end of the handle to go through the blade until it nests/snaps/sits in place securely. These are a great value.

New, Junk and Broken
Item delivered box was in good shape no sing of damage. Items were in a separate wrapper sealed. Opened the wrapper and the case was broken. Only a few small pieces we in the box so it appears it was broken before bein shipped. As for the product the handles are cheaply and poorly made - impossible to attach blades to the handle they will not lock on the handle. I have two handles I've had for 50 years never an issue. These handles are junk. Good luck if you buy these.

These blades are not as sharp as expected.

Blade labeling issue
I am new to using these, but am confused about the blade sizes. Are they all labeled the same? Do you have to open each blade to determine its size?
