After purchased
I have received it, after some time it's cracked on nozel. I am continuing trying to connect customer service amazon but they don't help me. Besides company gives 1 year of warranty on that bottle. Year will be going out. What should I do?

perfect Size and Shape terrible plastic taste
Has anyone else had this problem? I tried, hot water, cold water, dishwashing liquid, baking soda, dishwasher powder, air drying ... everything I could think of. days of washing and airing and though it is less, there is a strong plastic taste. I bought the A6 and A7 to fit in day pack or purse. I'm happy with the sturdiness and size and shape. But as soon as the water is warm - I just can't get rid of the plastic taste. Renders them unpleasant to use no matter how perfect the shape.
