Thank you.** A: Do a search on amazon for plastic chopping mats. It will give you a whole range of them, but if you have gone through all the mats, just buy a new one, it's not exactly expensive, and you will pay at least half the cost for the mats anyway. **Q: Can they go in the bottom rack of the dishwasher without warping?** A: I tried mine in the dishwasher but I wouldn’t recommend- they did warp a bit. It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. It's for the same reason that we have provided 6 mats which are dishwasher safe. Having sufficiently researched this area, we would also like to advise that any wood for that matter-oak, mapple cannot withstand prolonged exposure to moisture without diminished longevity. Having said that ,if absolutely necessary it can be cleaned with a light foam as well and dried well before re-use. We've also pre-oiled the board to provide extra longevity. Thick and solid with little rubber feet that lift it off your work top and stop it sliding around. It's brilliant quality and looks expensive with the main wooden board being very thick and heavyset. There's also large plastic feet with grips to keep it completely still when using. The real game changer is the mats though - these are so useful!! My first experience using it was preparing a Christmas dinner. That day I was able to chop meat, veg, cheese and bread from one board without ever needing to wash up in between. I also used additional mats to prepare things like wrapping pigs in blankets and rolling stuffing balls. You get a lot of mats which each have a different colour and icon in the corner. They can then go straight in the dishwasher after use, but are also super easy to wipe down for a quicker clean. I've been recommending it to everyone as I genuinely believe everyone needs this in their kitchen. It just makes life that bit easier, while also looking premium so you can leave it permanently out. Brilliant value and well worth the price.
