Im a clothes size 12- 14 uk. Would a medium fit or would i need a large?

I am a size 8 and got the small as there was no XS…unfortunately its a bit big for me since my waist is quite small. It feels bulky wen I am using it to exercise but it works. It stays put and keeps my spine stable. It depends on what you wanna use it for…if its for tummy compression, then a medium will be better so you get the snug effect. For post partum, i think then a large will do. Hope this helps
