I found the capsules effective for brain fog
I was suffering from brain fog. So I purchased it. Rooted's product works for brain fog. The cost is a bit high. Recommended 1 - 2 capsules per day. Can just chew it or swallow with water. It is imported from China who is largest producer of Lion's mane mushroom. I did not have any side effects. Thanks.

The reasons I started taking this particular supplement are multiple: 1) I'd been looking for supplements that enhance cognitive function for a while and even the best kind of blends that you find in the USA also use lions mane mushroom as a major ingredient but they're super expensive if you're buying them in rupees so I needed an affordable yet premium quality alternative available in India. 2) Based on my research, visible changes can be experienced after 21-25 days of taking the supplement consistently which is exactly what happened. It's not a magic pill that works in a day. But if you give it enough time, the clarity, focus and improvements in overall brain function actually compounds! 3) This supplement has not just helped me gain more clarity, focus & balance but it has also cleared a lot of brain fog that's caused by regular stress, overthinking and anxiety...which has further enabled me to feel far more mentally healthy and take on bigger challenges with more ease. It's like becoming besties with your brain & becoming a team to work together instead of feeling like you're at war with yourself. I 100% recommend this supplement. Go for it.
