You could read this book cover to cover, however some books are made of "magic" - The Gift by Hafiz comes to mind - and work on a different principle.Here's how that works:- Have a question, issue, problem, need an answer or guidance or comfort?- Randomly open a page- Read said page,- Answer, comfort, guidance is staring you in the face! Just like that! Its so consistently true its a bit freaky (hence the term "magic" book)Sometimes it may take a minute (or 5) to sink in, or if you are particularly slow - coz caffeine has now been taken out of your life (sigh) - it may take the day, BUT, but, eventually it clicks and voila - clarity you need to sort out your life is now yours for the taking.You do have to TAKE it though and actually act on it, but one presumes that if you are reading this book you already have the good sense to ACT when a solution is presented to you.Excellent Read. If you are wondering whether "to get" or "not to get" - us non-caffeinated types do tend to dither - GET folks, most definitely Get! :-)
