Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with a recent purchase of your 'Kayam Churna Advance Granules'. I am a regular customer, but the product in this package is very different from what I normally buy. The granules are black, they have no jeera taste, and the product seems to be completely ineffective. I would appreciate it if the manufacturer could take immediate action on this and provide a replacement. Thank you.
