No instructions on how to assemble and I didn’t return it because of the cost to ship it back.

Poor customer services from seller and Misinformation
The product tells you a weight capacity this can pull but does not tell you the size the unit has to be. If your buying this you cannot pull a double fan unit even if it's way under the weight they say it can pull. It will hit the top of the crane before reaching your destination and won't be able to go to your destination. When I was returning the product I had a Hassel to return the product since it was heavy the seller didn't want to pay for the return label at first so I had to get a free before they did and it took sometime for them to do that since the product was heavy it would mean I'd have to pay for more than it was cost to buy to ship.
