I buy this product to use as a backing for sewing patterns. I cut my paper patterns and I then stick them to this contact paper and re-cut out the pattern. It basically adds stability to the paper so I am able to use the pattern over and over again. Works great for what I use it for.I did have one issue with my latest purchase. I reordered the identical product and the product I received was a lighter gray and it was not textured. It also seems thinner. Thankfully since I didn't use it for it's intended purpose, it still worked for me and so I didn't return it. If I had purchased it to finish a project where I applied it to furniture or a wall, it would have definitely looked different and I would have needed to return the product for a refund. I would recommend when purchasing, to purchase more then what you think you will need for your project, so you are able to possibly receive it all from the same manufacturing lot.

I was redoing my pictures over my fireplace and was going to paint but found this paper. It was much easier to do and took only a few minutes to get it all covered.

The paper is nice, its a good color and texture and easy to work with BUT it's see through :( I'm redoing a desk and wanted red on the drawers. The drawers had 2 different paint colors on them I thought the paper would be thick enough it wouldn't matter. Luckily it's easy enough to remove.

I ordered this in lieu of using chalk paint on a modern desk. It adheres well on large areas but not on small ones. It also doesn’t stick well to itself. I had to use Scotch tape in many places. That said it was much faster than painting and can be reversed if we want. Very good price.

Great product.

I bought this to cover a black writing desk. The desk is a cheap pressed wood desk that had tape on it so the color to it is peeled off on some spots.First the texture of this is awful. It's not smooth at all, and even if it did work well to cover the desk it would not be comfortable to actually use the desk afterwards. The texture is familiar but I can't place it.Second, this contact paper is not thick at all. So it's not covering the black color of this desk. I'd need to cover this twice to achieve the actual color I wanted.I was originally going to rate this three stars but then as I started typing this up I went to remove the contact paper from the desk (it's been on there for <20 minutes) and figured I could include that in the review since using it is easy. However, upon removal it removed even more of the original color from the desk.Truthfully I would not recommend this to anyone for any project. Maybe it would work better on the wall but with what just happened to this desk I would never recommend trying it out.

I'm still working on my project and find this vendor offers excellent product. Packing, shipping were all professional delivered.

The media could not be loaded.  The back of the shelf we put it on backwards so all you saw was brown so I bought this black shelf in paper and it was pretty easy to put in. It looks like it came like this. It did what I needed it to do.

Es un vinil muy bonito en acabado, yo lo utilice para forrar una bocina central de teatro en casa y se ve muy bien aunque después de unos meses se despegó. Tuve que reforzar la adherencia con otro pegamento.
