Definitely feel a difference heavy meals since taking this product.
Definitely feel a difference with the way I feel after more carb heavy meals since taking this product. I don't get that sluggish feeling that doctors have told me is because of prediabetic tendencies which runs in the family. I'm trying to manage my blood sugar levels with a healthy diet and exercise. But this is a good supplement to assist.

Check expiry date
The expiry date was november 2024 and i purchased them on february 2025 . Had to throw both bottles as they were already expired .

This is made in india and not in UKBottles is not proper sealed , and made out of cheap plastic. it doesn’t seem to be pharma quality grade .Ended up disposing the item
