No more birds eating up our fruit trees
I am a repeat buyer! This reflective tape is amazing at keeping the birds away from our fruit trees. We tie a long piece as high up as possible on 4 sides of the tree. It has worked on our apple, peach, and cherry trees! We also tie it from trees in our free range chicken area and have had no problems whatsoever! Donโt waste your money on nothing else!

Very Effective Bird Deterrent for Condo Railings
I live in a highโrise condo right on the beach, so birds are a constant nuisance. We regularly get blackbirds, crows, and the occasional dove landing on our railings and doing their business all over the place. Over time weโve tried just about everythingโrubber snakes, a plastic owl, you name itโbut none of those made much difference. After putting up this reflective birdโscare tape, the change was immediate. Itโs been very effective at keeping the birds away from the balcony. Every now and then a large, mature bird might still land, but itโs rare compared to before. For the most part, the tape really does its job. One thing to know: the tape does wear out after a few weeks in the sun and coastal weather, so youโll want to replace it periodically. It also tends to adhere to the railing when there is moisture in the morning. Even with that, itโs absolutely worth it for the results. If youโre dealing with persistent birds around your balcony or railings, this tape is one of the few things that has actually worked for us.

The Wider Metallic Ribbons are More Helpful!
Not very effective in deterring the Black birds or Grackles actually fairly quiet in the Wind we also tried a wider tape and actually found better success and the noise from the wider more heavy duty ribbons - are much more helpful in discouraging the larger birds - neither is doing much to stop the the Red wing black birds from now trying to nest ! Not a true tape no sticky surface better disruption would be a metallic ribbon

Effective - no more birds!
No new bird nests after hanging several strips on our porch! Depending on the breeze we have quite a festive looking entry. White thumbtacks worked great to hang the strips. Simple solution; bird mud nest issue resolved.

Simple to use.
Easy to use and plenty for the space I needed for. I have a 5000 square foot yard with a few fruit trees. This helps keep the birds away.

What it says it is, but no effect on birds.
It is what it says it is...but don't think it had much effect on the birds. My trees look like they're decorated with Christmas icicles, but I still have those darned grackles. I wish I could figure out how to get these higher up into the trees. I tie a piece of yarn to the middle of a strip of this, then a rock on one end of the yarn and a stick on the other end and throw the whole thing as high into the tree as possible. The rock gives it momentum and the stick helps it catch on the branches. Trouble is, I can't throw but about 25' up and the tree is probablyy 50-60' where the grackles roost in the top.
