The cover is padded as a whole ( not a separate foam pad) so I reused my old foam underlay as it was just the cotton cover that needed replacing and now have a double thickness surface. You get sent any design, I received the green with a circular design print and its lovely. The only downside is: the thickness is definitely not 8mm so do like I did and reuse your old foam padding! Review: Received 'soothing sea' design - very pleased with quality - I bought the 8mm random selection option. The cover that came was 'soothing sea', which is not in the image, but is a lovely new design that progresses from soft green to soft blue. It seems excellent quality and was easy to fit.
