How are these in length and width?

I didn’t get to wear them; my usual size is 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the brand, but these were way too big even though the label on them had 8 1/2. I’d assume it was just a quality control issue.

I'm female but men's shoes often fit better. I use Women's size 10. What size do I need in these? Comfortable? Waterproof? Light?

Not Sure on the Size, but they are comfortable, light weight and water resistant not water proof.
