After years of IBS-d issues (and countless testing/colonoscopies with GI Doctor), I searched desperately for something to alleviate my constant cramping and unfortunate urgent restroom issues. I was told by my doctor that it was “just IBS” and that was that. This probiotic has helped me tremendously. It is very pricey for just 28 pills, but for me it’s worth it. I have purchased this numerous times and will continue to do so.

This version of Align has been a God send in my life. I have a condition called gastroparesis, which means that my food does not digest properly. This condition causes vomiting and diarrhea. This Align helps move my food through better and also better bowel output. I would recommend, but always confer with your physician before starting a supplement.

This is my favorite probiotic. This seems to work the best for my gi system.

Original review: I like the combination of probiotics and diet enzymes. Having IBS, I need something that minimizes the heavy bloating feeling, and this does it. For now, it works better than Digestive Advantage. Updated review: I thought this product was helping me at first, and maybe it did. But after almost 2 weeks of taking it, my heavy bloating feeling is back. It could be from trying to eat things that I was avoiding (because I miss those foods). When I didn't take Align this morning though, I didn't have the heavy bloating feeling like yesterday when I took it. So I googled. Taking a different probiotic can cause gas as your body adjusts to it. The adjustment may takes a few days or 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of taking it, I don't think I can continue. So please be aware that you may need a trial period to see if your body adjusts to this product. I wish you well! It can be hard to find a probiotic and diet enzymes that work well.

Always a great product. I started taking this with stomach issues and bloating and it works great! Highly recommend.
