If you plant it in your garden it'll keep coming back instead of just keeping it in the package
It's a great tasting mushroom

A wonderful gift
I bought a birthday present for my nephew in November, but we only managed to unpack it in January. This means that a) they are convenient to store, and b) nothing happened to them, the product did not spoil (the expiration date is indicated on both packages).I want to note that the pink oyster mushrooms grow faster; we harvested from this box twice. The blue oyster mushrooms grow much slower; they needed much more time to grow, most likely due to the microclimate of the room where we grew them.In terms of taste, with proper preparation, they turned out to be very delicious!I want to thank the manufacturing company; this is a worthy, high-quality, and beautiful product. In the future, we will try their other products for outdoor use. I recommend following the instructions provided by the manufacturer for a more consistent and successful growth result,It's quite simple and easy to understand what to do and how to do it. The price of the product is fully justified.

Amazing!!!!
10/10 doing this again. They were so easy to get going and super tasty. I dry seared mine then added butter, salt, pepper, tiny munch of garlic. Delicious.Updated: 8 days after harvesting my first bloom, my second one came in even stronger. Moving the kit to the garden/shade in the yard to try and get some growing in the ground. We will be ordering more. This was fun and tastyAfter just a short time outside in suboptimal conditions, we got our first bloom. And harvested, cleaned and ate them with steak. I couldn’t be more impressed. They do seem to attract gnats inside, which my wife wasn’t happy about, but that could’ve also been kids leaving doors open

Fun food experiment 🍄🟫🍄
Do you want fun, leave it and grow fun side-experiment? Try to grow mushrooms from a box. Growth: It took 3 weeks to get these results! You can put them in a room that has high humidity and low light for get results. Tip: Don’t let the ends of the mushrooms to curl-up, it’s too old to pick. One box equals 1 person’s meal. Sterilize all your equipment forehand with 70% rubbing alcohol. After the second fruiting, I will mix the block with saw in a bucket to grow more mushrooms; great value for my money for a mushroom that isn’t sold in stores.Cooking tip: cook in water first and then in butter and any seasoning you want.

Did not grow out completely
Started to pin and grow, sprayed as directed but they got to a point and then dried and got hard and unusable. Not sure what went wrong.
